The Emergency Food range from Nutrition to Survive® specializes in the production of freeze-dried meals and long-life food rations. Created by Falières Nutrition, a French company with over 30 years' experience, it produces the Voyager brand of meals.
Emergency Food by Nutrition to Survive® meets the needs of the military, aeronautical and rescue sectors, as well as private individuals wishing to build up emergency food stocks. Meals are carefully formulated to ensure optimum preservation while providing balanced, nutritious nutrition.
Packaged in cans, the meals have a shelf life of 26 years, and tests are underway to certify a longer shelf life. They are easy to handle and store as part of a food reserve. Depending on the weight, portions can feed a family or an entire group. As for preparation, meals are consumed after rehydration in hot or cold water, depending on the recipe, just like any freeze-dried meal. Emergency Food by Nutrition to Survive® is the first French brand to offer meals with a shelf life of over 26 years.
