The Black Diamond Flare headlamp has been designed for emergency situations. Ultra-compact and lightweight, it fits neatly into a backpack.
It'll come in handy in the event of a problem: car breakdown, lost during your outdoor outing, power failure...
With a maximum output of 40 lumens, it lets you see up to 10 meters for 4 hours. A reserve mode keeps the light on for a further 6 hours.
Black Diamond's Flare Headlamp is water and dust resistant (IP67) and can be used in all weathers. It continues to operate at a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes, with no need for maintenance after this immersion. Rain and sea will therefore be no obstacle to the use of this emergency headlamp.
In terms of settings, the Black Diamond Flare is equipped with a full-power and reduced-power white light mode, as well as red, flashing and SOS modes. The latter modes are particularly useful for being visible to emergency services.
