The NATO-certified MRE ration will provide you with 3600 Kcal of high, balanced energy. It consists of 1 breakfast and 2 main courses with their own self-heating systems. The two main dishes are pasta with chicken bolognese and cheese, and beef stew with vegetables.
These food rations meet the nutrient requirements set by NATO for individual operational rations for military use.
