The MRE ration contains a Western menu with 2 dishes packed in sachets, snacks and drinks for a total of 2000 Kcal, enough to last a day during your outdoor activities or in the event of an emergency:
- 1 x Pasta Bolognese (sterilized dish), 350 g
- 1 x Beef stew with vegetables (sterilized dish), 350 g
- 1 x Savory cookie, 65 g
- 1 x Sweet cookie, 55 g
- 1 x Cake, 85 g
- 2 x Sugar, 8 g
- 1 x Coffee, 2 g
- 1 x Tea, 1.5 g

You've also got a fire-free heater.
This is a heater that works with just a little water, making meals self-heating. You'll also find purification tablets to eliminate micro-organisms and purify the right amount of water for hydration:
