Description

This Chilli-flavored Biltong is made from beef that has been seasoned, dried and then cut into thin strips in Great Britain. The technique used to prepare a Biltong comes from South Africa, and gives the snack greater tenderness than a traditional Beef Jerky.

Why eat biltong during sporting activities?
Biltong is interesting if you're looking for a natural protein source during long-duration exercise, or for muscle recovery.
