Artisanal production
Located in the Ariège region of France, Maison Magrada uses natural ingredients (organic Camargue salt and Armagnac), a 3-month maturing process, and a further 3 months of drying to concentrate the flavors. So much patience to obtain this exceptional snack that will be devoured in a flash during an aperitif or a hike!

Packaged in a 30g vacuum-packed sachet, NHAC Bœuf d'Ariège à l'Armagnac can be kept at room temperature for several months. Low in carbohydrates, but rich in protein, it's the perfect ally for trekking and post-exercise recovery.
