Description

ÖKO's filtering water bottle is a must-have for your outdoor outings. It provides drinking water by filtering freshwater sources (springs, rivers, lakes...) without weighing down your backpack, since it weighs just 172g. Its large opening makes it easy to fill. Filtration is immediate when you squeeze the bottle. Made from BPA- and toxin-free polypropylene, Öko can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher (but be sure to remove the filter before cleaning to avoid damaging it).

Focus on the ÖKO filter
The Öko filter provides 3-stage filtration. Composed of natural mineral fibers incorporated with activated carbon, the filter captures sub-micron contaminants. With its pores, no particle larger than 1.4 microns will pass into the water you consume. Finally, "Electro-Adsorption Technology" finishes the job by trapping agents smaller than a micron. Viruses, bacteria, protozoa and other micro-organisms, heavy metals, pharmaceuticals and microplastics are 99.99% eliminated.

Service life
The Öko flask can filter up to 400 L of water (the service life may be shorter depending on the quality of the water to be filtered, see instructions for use), with a flow rate of 2 liters per minute - equivalent to 6 months' daily use at a rate of 2L/day. The filter should be changed as soon as the flow rate drops. And if you're worried about going beyond the filter's lifespan, Öko offers an app (Öko Counter) to indicate refills as you use it, so you can order a
replacement filter and always have drinking water to hand.

ÖKO's 1 L filter flask offers :
- 400 l autonomy with filter.
- 99.99% filtration efficiency against viruses, bacteria and micro-organisms.
- A filter patented by NASA
