Black Diamond Trail Trekking Poles are telescopic trekking poles made of sturdy 7075 aluminum. They will reduce the load and impact on joints (knees, ankles, hips), strengthen balance and help reduce muscle fatigue. Everything you need for a successful hike.
These 3-piece poles come with two sets of washers.

The first, with a diameter of 38 mm, are ideal for summer hiking and steep terrain.
The second set has a diameter of 100 mm, ideal for hiking in snow. The FlipLock clip system makes it easy to fold the 3 strands, even when wearing gloves.
Graduations are visible on each strand to adjust the length (100-140 cm) of the poles to your height.
Black Diamond's Trail Trekking poles are suitable for people between 1.47 and 2.06 m tall.
The straps are padded for optimum comfort on long walks.
The tungsten carbide tips are sturdy and offer excellent grip on the ground. They are interchangeable with rubber tips (sold separately) to adapt to harder surfaces such as tarmac roads.
