- Soja, blé, cérleri.

- 1/ Ouvrir le sachet et retirer l'absorbeur d'oxygène
- 2/ Verser 300 ml d'eau bouillante dans le sachet jusqu'au niveau 3 (voir graduation gauche) Attention le sachet sera chaud.
