This tin, with a 25-year shelf life from the date of manufacture, provides 15 servings of Scrambled Eggs that have been cooked, before being freeze-dried. To prepare, just rehydrate the contents with hot water, ideal in an emergency situation.

Description
These Scrambled Eggs of the ´Fuel Your Preparation´ range are a freeze-dried preparation that can be served as an accompaniment to a rice dish, for use in an emergency situation or in case of a disaster. It´s just freeze-dried Scrambled Eggs to which you can add the ingredients of your choice for breakfast or lunch for your enjoyment.
This recipe has been packaged in a tin using oxygen absorbers to extend shelf life, up to 25 years from the date of manufacture.
To prepare this tin containing 600 g of Scrambled Eggs before rehydration, you can either rehydrate the whole contents in the tin, or measure out the number of servings you need, 60 g for 1 serving, that is, 10 servings in total.

- To prepare a single serve:
- 1. Mix tin contents
- 2. Remove 60g of dry mix from the tin into a solid container
- 3. Boil 120ml of water
- 4. Stir in the water to the food until mixed thoroughly
- 5. Cover and let the food stand for 8-9 minutes
- 6. Stir, season to taste and serve
- To prepare the entire tin:
- 1. Remove the 3 oxygen absorbers from the can
- 2. Cover the contents of the can with boiling water
- 3. Stir in the water to the food until mixed thoroughly
- 4. Replace the lid and let the food stand for 8-9 minutes
- 5. Stir, season to taste and serve
