Description
The Grasshopper is a sleeping bag designed by Valandré. With a comfort temperature of 1.3°C and a limit temperature of -4.3°C, it is an ideal model for 3-season camping. Appreciated for its rectangular shape, you won't feel cramped at night. Furthermore, the footbox has its own zip closure to ventilate only the part around the feet if desired.
Like all models from the brand, the Grasshopper is made from Japanese Asahi-Kasei fabric, a material known for its resistance to tears as well as moisture. In fact, all sleeping bags are treated with a DWR treatment. While it may not allow you to sleep in the rain, it will be effective enough to counter condensation.
As for the insulation, it is made of "gras" grey duck down from French farm origin, composed of 90% down and 10% feathers. Its 650 cuin (European standard) lofting power ensures long-lasting quality.
To limit thermal bridges, the Valandré Grasshopper sleeping bag is divided into 38 compartments with a vertical partitioning system on the upper body and horizontal on the lower body. A baffle runs along the entire length of the zip, and a drawstring at the head prevents cold air from entering.
The Valandré Grasshopper sleeping bag offers:
