For a healthy supper, prepare this lentil, nettle, kale and lemon Soup
Here is the list of ingredients : 1 tbsp ´LYOFOOD´ kale powder, 2 tbsp ´LYOFOOD´ nettle powder, 150 g brown lentils, 1 large onion, 1 diced lemon, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 l chicken or vegetable broth, 1-2 cloves of garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
Mix 100 ml of chicken or vegetable broth into the kale and nettle powder to make a paste. Add oil to a fry pan, use medium heat, when hot, add garlic cloves, diced onion, kale and nettle paste, and some salt and pepper. Cook for 5 min, until the onions are cooked (not overcooked and burnt). Then add the lentils, and the lemon juice, let the liquid evaporate, then add the broth. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the lemon, and continue to simmer for another 15 minutes. Blend and serve.
