La Maison Magrada offers you its Camargue smoked salt dried beef smoked with oak wood, with old Grenache wine from Corbières for your hikes or aperitifs.

The beef comes from Ariège, so you are guaranteed to have quality dried meat with natural ingredients. Located in Ariège, Maison Magrada takes the time to pamper the beef. Unlike beef jerky and biltong, the whole piece of meat is worked on. It undergoes a 3-month aging process, followed by an additional 3-month drying process to concentrate the flavors.
