Description
The Baouw! organic gel with red fruits and hibiscus is versatile. Consumed pure, it serves as an energy gel. Diluted in 500 ml of water, it becomes an energy drink. Its natural composition with minimally processed ingredients is suitable for intense efforts.
A 30 g carbohydrate pouch, it is possible to take two per hour to reach 60 g of carbohydrates.
The individual portion of 85 g is packaged in a resealable pouch. The gel is non-sticky, which avoids an unpleasant sensation in the mouth.
As for the ingredients, the carbohydrates come from fruits and agave syrup chosen for its low GI. The lipids from extra virgin olive oil AOP Kalamata smooth out blood sugar levels. A combination that reduces the risk of energy crashes and facilitates digestion.
The recipe combining hibiscus, blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries was developed by Michelin-starred chef Yoann Conte, who turned to organic products.
