Stock, availability and shipping

If all the items in your order are in stock (we indicate the exact stock on each product sheet), your parcel will normally be dispatched on the working day following your purchase.

However, purchases made on Friday or Saturday will be dispatched on Monday, and those made on Sunday will be dispatched on Tuesday.

Please note that during peak periods, we cannot systematically guarantee delivery on D+1. To guarantee shipment the day after your purchase, and to opt for faster 24-hour delivery, you can use our Chronopost service.

All logistics are handled in-house at our premises in Lorient (Brittany, France). We prepare the parcels ourselves and check the conformity of the products. We are committed to reusing as much of our suppliers' cardboard and packaging as possible.

Means of transport

You can choose between several carriers, depending on the weight of the parcel and the delivery location:

  • Maximum parcel of 20 kg
  • Delivery Monday to Saturday
  • 48-hour delivery time

With this carrier, you can choose from several pick-up options to collect your parcel (https://www.laposte.fr/particulier/outils/trouver-un-point-de-retrait-ou-de-depot-colissimo) :

  • In a post office, 9,000 post offices available throughout metropolitan France. You will be informed of the availability of your parcel by sms and e-mail. You can collect it within 10 working days. After this period, your parcel will be returned to us.
  • In a Pickup relay, 7,500 local shops available throughout mainland France. You will be informed of the availability of your parcel by sms and e-mail. You can collect it within 10 working days. After this period, your parcel will be returned to us.
  • Pickup Station, 500 automatic lockers throughout mainland France. Accessible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day (except in shopping malls and transport zones). You will be informed of the availability of your parcel by SMS and e-mail. You can collect it within 3 working days. After this time, your parcel will be returned to us.

  • Maximum parcel of 30 kg
  • Delivery Monday to Saturday
  • 48-hour delivery time

Delivery directly to your letterbox. If the parcel is large and you are absent, a delivery notice will be left so that you can choose a new delivery date within 6 working days, or collect your parcel from the post office of your choice the next day at 3pm. If you do not choose a delivery date, you will be able to collect your parcel from your local post office within 15 days.

With this carrier, you have access to 11,000 local shops and 400 automatic lockers (https://www.chronopost.fr/en/relais-pickup) where you can collect your parcel. A notification is sent to you by email or SMS, once the parcel is available at the Pickup relay. If the initially chosen pickup point is unavailable, the parcel is made available at one of the nearest pickup points. The new pickup point is then specified in the notification received by the recipient.

  • Maximum parcel weight 30 kg
  • Delivery Monday to Saturday before 1:00 pm
  • 24-hour delivery period

In the event of absence, your parcel will be held for 14 days at the post office, Chronopost agency or 7 days in a Pickup relay.

  • Pallet shipment
  • Minimum parcel weight 30 kg and/or large volume
  • Delivery Monday to Friday
  • Delivery time varies according to delivery address (3 to 4 working days)
  • Appointment by telephone for delivery

  • Open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
  • Pick-up possible on receipt of order availability e-mail
  • Purchases can be made directly on site

Special case/ Shipping restrictions by country :

  • United States of America: We can ship the Lyofood and Tactical Foodpack brands, which have FDA numbers (please request a quote to calculate shipping costs (handling fees may be included in shipping costs))
  • Latin America: We do not currently ship to Latin American countries. Health and customs regulations are strict and we do not have the necessary authorisations.

Return & after-sales service

If you no longer wish to receive your order, you have 14 days in which to retract it. You are responsible for return shipping costs. You will find legal information on returning goods in the Right of withdrawal section.

In the event of retraction, we will reimburse you using the payment method used for your order as soon as we receive your package and after checking the condition of the products. The refund will be made within 7 days.
