Fourteen-day period

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within a period of fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement by postal address, e-mail or telephone.

You may use the withdrawal template but this is not compulsory. In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, all you need to do is send us your notice of withdrawal.

We would also like to warn you that you will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods as shown in the right of withdrawal section.

We would also like to point out that we, the company Saveurs & Logistique, collect your personal data on this form in order to process your withdrawal with you. This will not be possible if you do not provide us with the information requested. You have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of your personal data.

Without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

This period is deemed to have been observed if you return the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you (with the exception of any additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheaper standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We may defer reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of dispatch of the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall only be liable for any depreciation in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods.

Exception to the right of withdrawal

• The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
• contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
• contracts for the supply of goods likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly
• contracts for the supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection
• contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software where the seal has been broken by the consumer after delivery
