How was this Biltong prepared?
The beef meat was seasoned, dried, and then cut into thin slices in Great Britain. The preparation technique for Biltong comes from South Africa and gives the snack a greater tenderness than traditional Beef Jerky.

Ingredients Gîte de boeuf mariné, séché à l'air et tranché
Boeuf (167 g de boeuf cru pour 100 g de biltong de boeuf), sucre, sel, extrait d'oignon, vinaigre de cidre, épices (poivre noir, coriandre, muscade), extrait de levure, arôme, acidifiant : acide citrique, fibres de pomme de terre, ail séché, huile végétale, conservateur : sorbate de potassium, extrait de paprika.
