Biltong - Chili dried beef - 60g

This Chilli flavored biltong has been prepared in England, following the manufacturing process used in South Africa. There, the meat is first marinated, then dried before being sliced into thin strips. The texture is much more tender than beef jerky (the American cousin, where the meat is sliced first).
