Description

Prepared from European beef in Germany, Jack Link's biltong strictly follows the traditional South African manufacturing method. In fact, to achieve the tenderness of the meat, the entire piece of beef is marinated, then dried and cut into thin slices. This "ready-to-eat" snack is naturally rich in protein (50% of the nutritional intake), low in sugars (less than 1%) and in fat (10%).
