La Maison Magrada offers its Original Dried Beef with Camargue salt and organic spices.
Artisanal production
Just like biltong or Beef Jerky, the beef from Maison Magrada has its own "Original" version. However, the manufacturing process differs from the American and South African ones because the whole piece of meat is used. Located in Ariège, Maison Magrada takes the time to work its meat with Camargue salt and organic spices. No preservatives, coloring, or nitrates. The Ariège beef is aged for 3 months and then dried for an additional 3 months to concentrate the flavors. It takes patience to obtain this exceptional snack that will be devoured in an instant.
Beef in your pocket ready to be devoured
Packaged in a 30g vacuum-sealed bag, NHAC Original Ariège Beef can be stored at room temperature for several months. It is rich in protein, making it an excellent ally for your treks and for recovery after exercise. That being said, you don't need to be a top athlete to devour NHAC, as it will find a nice place at the aperitif.
