Clause 2 : Applicable Law – Legal Claims
All orders are subjected to French Law. Contractual information is presented in French and the products offered for sale comply with French regulations.
Should the case arise, foreign customers are responsible for checking with local authorities to verify whether any restrictions apply to using the product they intend to order. SAVEURS & LOGISTIQUE shall not be held responsible for any failure to observe the regulations of the country to which the product is delivered. French courts shall have full jurisdiction in the event of any legal claims.
Clause 3 : Product Presentation
The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented in the product details section.
The photographs are not contractually binding.
SAVEURS & LOGISTIQUE cannot be held liable for any errors contained within them.
Product colours are indicative of this.
Clause 4 : Guarantee
Our goal is to provide you with quality products. If, despite all our precautions, you encounter a problem with the products, please notify us by email at: team@lyophilise.com or by telephone: +33 (0)2 97 87 23 73 and we will do our utmost to resolve the problem regardless of the claim made; as our goal is to have completely satisfied customers.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. The customer shall then be reimbursed the price of the total amount on his invoice within 14 days after its return to SAVEURS & LOGISTIQUE.

Clause 5 : Duration for which sales offers are valid
The vast majority of our products is immediately available and shipped within 24 hours (twenty four).
However, longer delays may be indicated for certain products (products on order, specially ordered products, etc). In order to avoid any confusion, shipping times are clearly indicated in the product details section as well as during the checkout procedure.
If your order includes products with 24 hour (twenty four) shipping times and others with longer shipping times, the order will be sent in a single shipment once we have all the ordered products on hand.
If an ordered product has become unavailable, the customer shall be notified as soon as possible by email or letter. Note: Products ordered by check or bank transfer are only held eight (8) days following the order date. If payment has not been received within eight (8) days, the product may put back for sale to other customers.
Clause 6 : Product Prices
All the prices are indicated in Euro without VAT and excluding shipping charges. Prices will be updated when you choose your delivery country. It will be possible to consult those prices connecting to your account and indicating your delivery address.
The amount of VAT is specified when the customer selects a product and the delivery costs appear on the screen at the end of the customer's selection of the various products (on the order form). SAVEURS & LOGISTIQUE reserves the right to change its prices at any time; however, products that have already been ordered are invoiced for the price in effect at the time the order was made.

Clause 7 : Orders
The customer confirms an order by clicking on the "Confirm Order" button at the bottom of the “Checkout” page. By doing so, the customer accepts the general terms of sale. SAVEURS & LOGISTIQUE confirms the order by an email enumerating, in particular, all the items ordered. The data recorded by SAVEURS & LOGISTIQUE constitutes proof of the nature, contents and date of the order. These data are saved by SAVEURS & LOGISTIQUE; the customer can access these saved data by contacting the Customer Relations Department.
As required by the Civil Code about contracts online, the contract will be concluded when you click on “confirm order”, you agree and accept your payment obligation.
Clause 8 : Payment
Payment can be made in five ways: by credit card (payment in 3 instalments free of charge via Alma), by cheque (only in mainland France), by bank transfer in advance, in cash or via a Paypal account.
PLEASE NOTE: the credit card will be debited IMMEDIATELY, even in the event of a product reservation or a lead time. Payment in cash can only be made if the ‘Lorient shop collection’ delivery option is selected.
Clause 9 : Late Payment
In accordance with Article L.441-6 of the Commercial Code, late penalties are due the day following the payment date specified on the invoice if the sum due is paid after said date. The late payment rate is one and a half times the legal interest rate. Only for sales to professionals.
Clause 10 : Shipping
Available products are sent within 24 hours* after SAVEURS & LOGISTIQUE receives payment (bank card, PayPal, bank transfer) and delivered within 96 hours** in Europe, and within 14 days in the rest of the world. The seller assumes the risks associated with shipping; however, in the event of a shipment with damaged or missing items, the buyer shall specify his or her grievances on the delivery slip and return it within three days of the delivery date via registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt, to the Saveurs & Logistique address, or by email: team@lyophilise.com. Shipping is carried out in the manner selected by the customer at the moment the order is placed.
*: Please note that orders placed on French holidays will be prepared and shipped on the day following.
**: Delivery schedules may be changed for holidays times.
Clause 11 : Customer Relations – After-Sales Service
For all information, questions or complaints, customers can contact the SAVEURS & LOGISTIQUE Customer Relations Department on 0033 (0)2 97 87 23 73, Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 5.30pm, except Saturdays and Sundays. Customers can also send a letter to our head office or, of course, an e-mail to team@lyophilise.com.
Clause 12 : Satisfied or Your Money Back
The customer has fourteen days in which to withdraw from an order once it has been received. After retractation, the customer has 14 days to send back the products, the expenses of return being chargeable to him. The customer will then be reimbursed for the total price of the order within 14 days of receipt by SAVEURS & LOGISTIQUE.
We will make the refund using the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method. In any event, this refund will not incur any costs for you.

You may use the withdrawal template, but this is not compulsory. To ensure that the withdrawal period is respected, all you need to do is send your communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Please note: Return postage costs are at the customer's expense.
Clause 13 : Data confidentiality
The personal data supplied by the customer will not be passed on to third parties; unless the customer expressly objects, it will be included in the SAVEURS & LOGISTIQUE customer file.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act 78-17 of 6 January 1978, customers have the right to access and rectify their personal data at any time. To exercise this right, simply contact our Customer Relations Department.
In accordance with the provisions of the law of 06/01/1978, this site has been declared to the Commission Nationale Informatique et Liberté (CNIL).
