Fast logistics

If all the items in your order are in stock (we indicate the exact stock on each product sheet), your parcel will normally be dispatched on the working day following your purchase. However, purchases made on Friday or Saturday will be dispatched on Monday, and those made on Sunday will be dispatched on Tuesday.

Please note that during peak periods, we cannot systematically guarantee delivery on D+1. To guarantee shipment the day after your purchase, and to opt for faster 24-hour delivery, you can opt for our Chronopost service.

Of course, for any urgent requirements, you can contact us by telephone on +33 (0)2 97 87 23 73 to check whether we can prepare your order outside these times.

Our 2,500 online references can also be delivered worldwide, wherever customs and sanitary constraints allow. To achieve this, we work with different carriers to adapt to each request: delivery to a relay point or to your home, express shipment or by pallet by appointment to the address of your choice.

Since 2015, Freezedried & Co has been Trusted Shops certified. We meet the Trusted Shops experts' quality criteria such as data protection, fees and payment, delivery conditions, returns handling and customer service.

Regardless of the payment method you choose, you have the option of insuring up to EUR 2500 in the event of non-delivery or non-return of goods. The insurance period is 30 days. Freezedried & Co will pay the costs of the Trusted Shops guarantee on your behalf. This insurance is therefore free of charge for you. What's more, the reviews we collect come from our customers and are therefore 100% certified.

As for product reviews, you can post them directly on the relevant product sheet on our site. These reviews are invaluable in helping us to improve our selection of products, to guide a visitor thanks to your feedback, or even for our manufacturers.

With the advice of the NGO Secouristes sans Frontières, Freezedried & Co has developed evacuation bags to meet the needs of people likely to be exposed to natural disasters. These donations are used to build up a stock of equipment and an emergency fund to send SSF teams around the world.

No waste

Products with a short MDD* (date of minimum durability) are grouped together on our site in the "Short Dates" section and offered at advantageous prices. Products that have passed their sell-by date are withdrawn from the online store. As they represent no health risk, we donate them to local associations.

Recycled cardboard

An e-commerce site means a lot of cardboard boxes! We reuse our suppliers' cardboard boxes if they are strong enough to be shipped to our customers. The remaining cardboard is not thrown away, but taken in charge to be sorted and recycled by Les Recycleurs Bretons, an emblematic company in Brittany in the circular economy.
