List of products by brand Cocoon

Founded in 1989, Cocoon is an Austrian brand offering bag linens and travel accessories for hikers, bivouac enthusiasts and adventurers. Their know-how is the fruit of decades of experience.

Cocoon bag sheets bring you comfort

The sack sheet, also known as a meat bag, is Cocoon's specialty. It's a thin layer that fits inside a sleeping bag. It has a dual purpose: to provide extra warmth and to prevent the sleeping bag from getting dirty. Depending on the model and materials used, some sleeping bag liners can provide just a few degrees of extra warmth, while others can provide more than 10°C for greater comfort on cool nights.

Its second use, which we don't necessarily think of, is that it allows you to wash your sleeping bag less often. When you know how difficult it is to care for a comforter without damaging it, the sack sheet is a practical, lightweight alternative.

Outdoor accessories sold worldwide

Today, Cocoon is well beyond the confines of Austria. The company sells all over the world, both in Europe and on the American market. Despite this, the company is still run by a small, highly motivated team. This is one of the reasons Cocoon is able to maintain its valuable know-how.

Cocoon sack sheets are designed for outdoor activities such as hiking, bikepacking, mountaineering and camping. They are compact and lightweight, making them easy to carry. Their mummy-like shape, called Mummy Liner™, allows them to fit easily into sarcophagus sleeping bags.

Cocoon's philosophy

Their mission is to help travelers feel comfortable and get a good night's sleep so they're ready the next morning. We don't need to remind you of the importance of sleep, especially during physical activity such as trekking. Cocoon sleepwear is made from soft materials such as organic cotton and silk.

The Austrian brand is sensitive to the social and environmental impacts of its products. To this end, it is a member of the BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) and is committed to monitoring working conditions in the factories producing their products. Finally, all their equipment undergoes tests certifying that it is not harmful to human beings.
