Like the pouches, preparing meals from cans is very simple. There are two options:

Option 1 - To prepare a single portion:

1. Remove the indicated amount of dry mix from the can and place it in a solid container.
2. Boil the required amount of water.
3. Pour the required amount of water over the product.
4. Cover and let rest for 8-9 minutes.
5. Drain the water.
6. Mix, season, and serve.

Option 2 - To prepare the whole can:

1. Remove the 3 desiccants from the can.
2. Cover the contents of the can with boiling water.
3. Stir until the food is well mixed.
4. Replace the lid and let rest for 8-9 minutes.

Our Tips:

• After opening, we recommend using the contents within a week for the best results and taste.
• Use the practical, resealable plastic lid between uses.
• Treat any leftover food as if it were fresh food.

What are the alternatives?

If you need to evacuate, the pouches are more convenient than the cans as they are easier to carry. However, they require water and a way to heat it. An interesting alternative is to bring MRE (Meals Ready to Eat) rations, which are self-heating
