Blueberry and Cardamom Porridge
Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Lyofood blueberry powder
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 2 handfuls of oatmeal porridge
  • 300 ml hot water

Preparation:
Mix the oatmeal, cardamom powder, and blueberry powder in a bowl. Pour hot water over the mixture and let it sit for 5–10 minutes. Add any toppings of your choice.

Lunch or Dinner

Chicken and Spinach Pasta
Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Lyofood spinach powder
  • 50 g whole-wheat pasta
  • 100 g chicken fillets
  • 150 ml tomato sauce
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Rapeseed oil
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • Salt, pepper, Provençal herbs

Preparation:
Cut the chicken and marinate it with yogurt, herbs, turmeric, and spinach powder for an hour. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the marinated chicken and cook it for a few minutes on each side, then simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve the pasta on a plate and pour the sauce over it.

Lentil, Nettle, Kale, and Lemon Soup
Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Lyofood kale powder
  • 2 tablespoons Lyofood nettle powder
  • 150 g brown lentils
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 diced lemon
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 liter chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1–2 garlic cloves
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation:
Mix 100 ml of broth with kale and nettle powder to create a paste. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, add diced onion, garlic, the paste, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes until the onions are soft. Add lentils and lemon juice, allow the liquid to evaporate, then add the remaining broth. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Add diced lemon and cook for another 15 minutes. Blend and serve.

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 12 almonds
  • 1 pear
