Grown on the Malatya plateau in Turkey, these apricots are slowly dried in the sun. They are then lightly rehydrated to give them a soft, melt-in-the-mouth texture and a slightly caramelized flavor. Perfect for cooking or direct consumption!
Carefully selected by the French company Pépite, apricots from the Malatya plateau are organic and fair trade. This guarantees fair remuneration for the producer. Pépite's soft apricots have the Biopartenaire label.
