Description

The name dahl, which can also be spelt dal, dhal or daal, refers to dried or broken legumes in India. Over time, it has also become the name of this Indian dish, often based on lentils.
Recipes often vary, with everyone adding their own touch. Lise Di Giulio, a Breton chef who founded the Nomad's Kitchen brand, has composed her recipe with lentils, sweet potatoes, coconut milk and spices. A richly flavored blend that will delight your taste buds.
