Description

This recipe based on beef cubes, rice and mushrooms will revitalize you during your outdoor expeditions.
Cooked and freeze-dried by Expedition Foods, it is then packaged in a compact, lightweight sachet that keeps for 5 years at room temperature. So you can store it until the day you need it, whether on your trek, at lunchtime at work or on a sea outing.
To prepare it, simply pour water directly into the sachet. It's best to heat up the water for rapid rehydration (between 5 and 8 minutes). But if you don't have a stove, it's perfectly possible to rehydrate with cold water. Just allow more time for the food to regain its original texture.

preparation method
Remove the oxygen absorber inside the pouch. Add 450ml of boiling water. Mix the contents and close the pouch. Wait 5-8 minutes for the food to rehydrate. (Cold water will suffice, however, the rehydration time is much longer).
