Description

An onigiri is a small, compact rice dumpling topped with one or more ingredients. It comes in several forms, but the most common, and the one you'll find in this package, is the triangle. Considered more by the Japanese as a snack than a dish, onigiri can be eaten at any time of day. Its practical format makes it easy to take with you.

This recipe from Onisi Foods is made with rice straight from the rice paddies of Japan and kombu, a seaweed widely consumed in Asia. This rice sandwich, popular in the land of the rising sun, will delight you when you're out hiking, at sea or at work.
