This vegan freeze-dried meal has been prepared by Expedition Foods, a British brand specializing in outdoor food since 1995. The pouches are compact and lightweight, making them easy to carry in your backpack.
To prepare the vegan risotto, simply pour in the amount of water indicated on the sachet and wait 5 to 8 minutes for it to rehydrate. In no time at all, you've got a hot, nutritious dish to enjoy.

preparation method
Remove the oxygen absorber inside the packet. Add 390 ml of boiling water. Mix the contents and close the packet. Wait 5-8 minutes for the food to rehydrate. (cold water will suffice, however the rehydration time is much longer)
