Description

This recipe originated in Aubrac, at the crossroads of three departments: Aveyron, Cantal and Lozère. Made from mashed potatoes and tome cheese, aligot purée is a delicious and nourishing dish. A portion of this freeze-dried dish will provide you with over 550 kcal as well as around 55 g of carbohydrates and 30 g of protein.

Flocons de pomme de terre 50%, tomme lyophilisée 32% (lait, sel, ferments lactiques, présure), lait demi-écrémé, sel ail, ciboulette 0.2%, poivre 0.2%, extrait de curcuma, émulsifiant : mono et diglycérides d'acides gras.
preparation method
Ajouter 450 ml d'eau bouillante (respecter la ligne d'eau n°8), bien mélanger, fermer la fermeture zip et attendre 5 à 8 minutes, rouvrir et déguster.
