Description

For the record, this dish originated in Lisbon and was cooked by a tavern-keeper named Brás. Bacalhau means "cod" in our language, so Bacalhau à Brás means Cod à Blaise.

Real Turmat's recipe takes this Portuguese specialty and features cod, potatoes, onions, tomatoes and peppers. It is first cooked from ingredients before being freeze-dried. This preserves the flavors and nutrients of the food.

Pomme de terre (26%), morue ((morue séchée et salée 50%, morue 37%) (87%), fibre de citron, farine de pomme de terre, sel) (18%), oignon (14%), tomate (10%), poivrons (10%), huile d'olive, pâte de tomate, amidon de maïs, sauce de soja (soja, sel, vinaigre), ail (1,1%), bouillon de poisson (sel, maltodextrine, extrait de levure, poisson, légumes, huile de colza, assaisonnement), assaisonnement, antioxydant (acide ascorbique).

1. Déchirer la partie du sachet au-dessus du zip de fermeture. Ajouter de l´eau chaude (70-100°C) jusqu´à la ligne indiquée. 2. Mélanger bien. Fermer la fermeture zip et attendre pendant 8 minutes. 3. Ajuster avec de l´

A stocker à la température ambiante. Le sachet, un fois ouvert, doit être traité comme un produit frais. Il doit être consommé dans les 2 heures après l´ajout d´eau.
- Le sachet doit être très dure. Ne le consommez pas si le sachet ne semble pas sous vide et si son contenu peut être secoué.
