During intense physical activity and/or hot weather, we perspire and lose mineral salts. These losses can impair performance. That's why we recommend replenishing them with electrolyte drinks. Overstim.s has developed a drink rich in electrolytes (sodium, calcium, magnesium, potassium) and vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B6, C).

preparation method
