Katadyn BeFree water filter and soft flask

Description

Katadyn's BeFree water filter is available in 0.6-liter or 1-liter sizes. Well-known in outdoor circles, Katadyn BeFree can be used in any water source and is easy to fill thanks to its wide opening.
Accompanied by its lightweight, flexible water bottle, it eliminates all protozoa (99.9%) and bacteria (99.9999%). This means you can filter up to 1,000 liters of turbid water in the great outdoors. This autonomy may vary according to the quality of the water filtered. The more turbid the water, the shorter the filter life. Once the filter cartridge has reached the end of its service life, it is easy to change.

There are two reasons why the Katadyn BeFree water bottle is so successful.
The first is its flow rate. With two liters of purified water per minute, it's one of the most efficient filter bottles on the market.
Secondly, the fact that the flexible water bottle is removable is also a major advantage. If you're worried about damaging the water bottle supplied, you can attach the filter to another container of the same diameter, such as a Hydrapak bag.
After use, the filter is as easy to clean as it is to purify the water, either by shaking the whole bottle with the filter, or by simply rinsing the filter. This extends the life of your water filter.
