Long grain parboiled rice (27.6%), pineapple pieces (pineapple, pineapple juice, citric acid), diced cooked chicken (10.4), diced onions, tomato puree, diced peppers, vinegar, crystallized sugar, green beans, rapeseed oil, garlic puree, corn flour.
preparation method
1. Remove the oxygen absorber (packet) inside the pouch. 2. Add 140 ml of boiling water. 3. Mix the contents and close the packet. 4. Wait 5-8 minutes for the food to rehydrate (cold water will suffice in an emergency, however, the rehydration time is much longer).
