excellent! my favorite product (Translated review)
The shelf life of this product is extremely short. When heated as indicated, it doesn't look at all like the picture: clumpy noodles and shredded pieces of beef. Very heavy pack. And the diameter makes it difficult to reheat in a cooking bag without flames. Having said that, the taste is good, the quantity is filling and the kCal are top-notch. I think that other excellent products are available on Lyophilisé.fr rather than this dish, which can hardly be transported and cooked anywhere but at home, and which perishes too quickly. I'd like to take this opportunity to point out the professionalism and availability of the team, who will be able to advise you on another product if necessary. (Translated review)
A frying pan (or a 1L2 saucepan), I put a little water and oil in the bottom and poured the sachet into it for gentle, even heating (put the lid on)...Heat well distributed in 5 minutes.Result= very heavy to carry except when it's not you who's carrying (donkey back, boat, car, static pantry, copious in meat, too many peppers despite everything For me it remains a concept for the house or a static place, in case of dearth or shortage post curfew could not do the shopping. It's good and hearty, but the noodles are all stuck together in a compact block and impossible to separate. The bag is indeed a bit bulky (when hiking, it can be complicated to reheat). My only real complaint is the block of noodles. (Translated review)
The sachet is far too large to be placed in a bain-marie in a saucepan of less than 2 liters.what's more, the sachet is not completely immersed, so the product is not hot after 20 minutes, except at the bottom of the sachet, when the rest is just lukewarm.Requires a lot of energy in terms of time to heat the water in the bain-marie, and too much water is needed. The end result is not hot enough, too compact in the sachet, which you can't put on a plate without putting some next to it. personally, I found there were far too many peppers.Personally, I found that there were far too many peppers.adding two tablespoons of water to the sachet when heating it doesn't make much difference, as it's only hot at the bottom of the sachet anyway.with a freeze-dried dish, you only need a little water to eat it hot, evenly, in the sachet or on a plate or in a titanium bowl, which is much more practical.the initial idea is very good, but the design and method of operation need to be reviewed.
