The NATO-certified MRE ration provides you with 3600 Kcal of high, balanced energy. It consists of 1 breakfast and 2 main courses.
The two main courses are pork meatballs and pasta, and chicken with beans and vegetables.
These food rations meet the nutrient requirements set by NATO for individual operational rations for military use.

      Hello,This ration is very complete and very good.the only drawback is that in each ration, there are plastic cutlery.they should be removed or given the choice to buy them or not.
