This is ideal for endurance activity or any sport, as you lose these elements when you sweat. Lemon-flavoured electrolyte lozenges also contain caffeine, which helps improve concentration.

Ingredients: Acidifier (citric acid), acidity regulator (sodium carbonates), humectant (sorbitol), potassium chloride, inulin, calcium carbonate, sodium chloride (CH:salt), natural flavors, caffeine, magnesium hydroxide, starch, tricalcium phosphate, sweetener (sucralose).

Tips: Max. 1 tablet/day. High caffeine content (1 serving = 75 mg). Not recommended for children and pregnant or breastfeeding women. Dissolve one tablet in about 250 ml of water. It is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children.

Directions: Dissolve 1 tablet in 250 ml of water as per your preference.
