This Spicy Meat and Bulgur Mix is a dish that can be rehydrated in hot water and is ready in 10 minutes. After rehydration, you'll have a 400 g portion. It's easy to prepare thanks to the water line in the sachet. Vacuum-packed, it saves space, so you can slip it into your backpack during outdoor activities such as hiking. This dish has been prepared by Adventure Menu using only 100% natural ingredients. It is available in a sterilized version (the dish is packaged in a bag, like a can, and prepared in a bain-marie). Adventure Menu is a Czech brand also offering 100% natural dried meats. - Manufacturing method comparable in terms of quality to freeze-drying, while requiring less energy - Can be rehydrated in cold water, thanks to its self-heating system, which works without fire or gas - Can be stored for up to 5 years after manufacture.

recommendation
