This vegan hot-water rehydration dish of Spinach Fusilli with walnuts has been cooked with 100% natural ingredients and then vacuum-dried. This manufacturing method is as efficient as freeze-drying, but requires less energy. This recipe, weighing just 105 g before rehydration, provides around 550 Kcal.
