Pour about 150ml of water (up to the line) into the Tactical plastic bag 4. Ensure the heater is covered with water 5. Quickly close the heating bag 6. The reaction with the heater can take between 30 seconds and 3 minutes (the colder the water, the longer the reaction time) 7. Let the dish heat for 15-20 minutes, we recommend stirring in your bag (if it's freeze-dried) after 10 minutes 8. Take the dish out of the Tactical bag and enjoy! 9. The heater is not reusable. I tested this flameless heater on a winter trek (2°) and it took me 50 minutes to heat up my dish (instead of the advertised 20). I had to change the heater twice to get it to work. Just for troubleshooting. It's no substitute for a good stove. A good place in the back of the car with a freeze-dried dish just in case. (Translated review)

First try with self-heaters for me, very effective, but please be more patient than I was when I almost threw everything away, when you're eating outside in 2-degree weather, it obviously takes a while for the reaction to happen... (permission to laugh) (Translated review)
