This bag contains beef and potato stew. This is a freeze-dried recipe prepared with vegetables (onions, lentils, rutabaga, carrots, etc.), potatoes and pieces of beef.
This dish is prepared by Expedition Foods, an English brand of high-energy freeze-dried products.
The beef and potato double portion is one of the most caloric dishes per 100 g listed on lyophilise.fr, with almost 550 kcal per 100 g. It can be rehydrated directly in the sachet with hot water, or even with cold water if you don't have a stove to hand.
