Chewing gums from the French brand OneGum can be used at any time to give you a boost during your sporting and outdoor activities, as for sailors, motorists, athletes, hikers ...

Each chewing-gum contains 50 mg of caffeine, as much as an energy drink or coffee, but without sugar, taurine or aspartame. What's more, these chewing gums take effect within 5 minutes, unlike energy drinks, which take 20 to 30 minutes.

The recommended daily dose of caffeine is 400 mg.
