With its Mediterranean flavours, this recipe is a classic to slip into your backpack for the next expedition. If you're gathered around a campfire, you can even place the bottom of your rehydration sachet over a flame for a hot meal. However, do not expose the sides of the sachet to the flames, as this is not recommended.
As you may have noticed, the sachet is horizontal. The edges are not as high and the opening is wider than usual to make it easier to reach the bottom of the sachet and limit the risk of getting your fingers dirty.
