Egg yolk (egg yolk, citric acid) 56%, milk 34%, sugar 7%, potato starch, orange peel, cinnamon.
preparation method
1. Tear off the part of the bag above the zip closure. 2. Remove the oxygen absorber bag. 3. Add 100 ml (approx. 0.4 glass) of warm water (up to 70°C)
- respect the fill line 4. Mix well. 5. Close the zip closure and wait 10 minutes. 6. Reopen and mix again.

      Wouah !!! Some time ago I contacted the Lyo team to ask them if they offered an equivalent to the egg cream from D..... chut, fin bref de chez quelqu'un d'autre ^^ because it's a product I loved, but as it's not the brand's core business, you can't find it all the time. And I've noticed that there are a lot of salted egg breakfasts, but no sweet ones! And then I saw this product, and as I read the ingredients, I said to myself, well, this looks a lot like something from D......, I ordered 5.... and BINGO! That's exactly what it is! And it's a killer! It's soft, just the right amount of sweet, the cinnamon flavor and the little orange zests add a real gourmet touch, and the little bits of zest are really nice to bite into! The consistency is great, and it holds in the belly. The portion is more generous than the product I tested previously, which is no mean feat. And last but not least, if, like me, you do this little kiff at home and you've got milk, use some instead of water.... it'll be even creamier, a real little cloud of pleasure! And a big thank you to the Lyo team for putting this product on their shelves! I'm sure it's not because I'm the only one asking that it's being done, but this feeling of being listened to and that the company is doing its utmost to satisfy its customers is commendable!
