Description

This vegan meal of soya, smoked chillies and simmered kidney beans is served with rice for complete nutrition. The foods have been cooked together before being dehydrated. This process guarantees optimal flavors.

To prepare this dehydrated meal, simply pour in the amount of water indicated on the back of the sachet. A water line allows you to add the exact amount even if you don't have a measuring device. After mixing well, close the sachet and wait 15 minutes. It's quick, easy and nutritious!

preparation method
1. Open the bag and remove the oxygen absorber. 2. Pinch the bag at level 5 indicating the required amount of water. 3. Pour boiling water (350ml) into the bag up to the indicated level. 4. Mix well, close the bag and let it sit for 15 minutes. 5. Mix one last time. Enjoy your meal.
