Description

This 800 kcal breakfast weighs just 193 g before rehydration. This meal of dried fruit for rehydration is packaged in a compact sachet for your backpack.

It's a 600 g breakfast after rehydration with hot water, ready in 7 minutes. What's more, it provides a balanced intake of carbohydrates, lipids and proteins.

It's ideal for 2 people to share during your hikes, for example, or to enjoy on your own during activities requiring a very high source of energy, such as polar expeditions.

      Pasty texture, excessively salty, spices (cinnamon and nutmeg ++) too present the only freeze-dried breakfast that will end up thrown away to feed wild animals (Translated review)

      I love Tentmeals' breakfasts! They have so much nutrition and good, whole ingredients. I get enough lasting energy from this when I'm backpacking, which can be hard to find in breakfast foods. The cashews and gojis are a great flavor combo and this rehydrates so quickly I think I would try it cold on hot mornings too. Fantastic :) (Translated review)
