30-day food survival ration for 1 person
This survival ration, comprising both vegetarian and meat recipes, provides enough food for one person in total autonomy, for 30 days (2000 kcal/d), or for a family of 4 for 1 week (2000 kcal/d).
Easy to store and use, it has a shelf-life of 15 years from the date of manufacture. Most meals can be rehydrated with hot water, and some with cold water.

      I was afraid there would be too much NRG5 (14 packets in this pack), but on reflection it represents over 30,000kcal for just 110euros (if bought separately at the end of 2022). Adding a water filter is also a very good idea. Considering the weight of the package (nearly 20kg), I was worried about its condition on delivery, but it was impeccable, as were the contents.this pack is ideal and very economical, as it would be much more expensive to buy each element separately.I'd buy individual boxes to supplement according to taste.
