This tin from the Fuel Your Preparation range contains 200 g of freeze-dried Green Beans. These are just green beans, with nothing added, no preservatives or additives. Contents have a shelf life of up to 25 years from date of manufacture.

This staple is already sliced. This freeze-dried product is ideal for preparing your food reserve to vary your diet from starchy foods such as pasta and rice and to be able to eat vegetables, which are important in terms of nutrition for the body, even in times of disaster.
You'll find 20 portions of Green Beans in this box, just 10 g per portion to be rehydrated with 85 ml of hot water.

- In the Fuel Your Preparation range, you'll also find Peas and Corn, which can be kept for 25 years.
- To prepare it, you can rehydrate the entire contents directly in the can, or take as much as you like.
