Beef Stew with Potatoes is a freeze-dried dish prepared by Fuel Your Preparation designing freeze-dried meals and staples in case of emergency or survival situations.
In this box of 6 servings of this dish, you will find only 100% freeze-dried natural ingredients.

There is this recipe in a one-portion version packaged in a sachet if you want to taste before storing or even to prepare a small food reserve.
You can prepare the contents directly in the box or take the portions you want by mixing with the amount of hot water indicated

- It's 600 g in total, 1 serving is equivalent to 100 g, to make it easier for you to prepare your portions of freeze-dried food
- Suitable for long-term food storage, this box can be kept for up to 25 years after the date of manufacture
- Balanced energy values, good source of proteins, fats and carbohydrates



Ingredients: Diced potatoes (29%), cooked beef strips (10%), diced carrots, green beans, diced onions, rapeseed oil, tomato puree, corn flour, salt, white pepper.

Tips: It is necessary to store Fuel Your Preparation products properly to ensure maximum shelf life. Store in a cool place, avoid long-term storage above 22°C and be careful not to puncture the boxes. Under these conditions, Fuel your Preparation dishes will retain their quality, flavour and nutritional value during their shelf life. - After opening, consume the contents immediately. However, it was found that a product resealed with the plastic lid was consumable for up to one week after opening. This package is sold by weight, not volume. Settlement may have occurred due to transportation, handling, or deviations in product density.
